Your satisfaction is our top priority. At All Preshur, we take pride in the quality of our premium hemp and THCA products and want you to experience them with complete confidence.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below and contact our team for assistance.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible products that meet the following criteria:

  • The product must have at least 50% of its contents remaining.

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all safety seals intact (where applicable).

  • Flower and smokable products are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

To initiate a return, please email support@allpreshur.com with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back.


Return Process

  1. Contact Us
    Email support@allpreshur.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
    Include your order number, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.

  2. Prepare Your Package
    Include a short note inside your return package with your name, order number, and return preference.

  3. Ship Your Item
    Once authorized, ship the item(s) to the address provided by our support team.
    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.

  4. Receive Confirmation
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund or exchange.
    Refunds typically post within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or malfunctioning, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include photo or video evidence of the issue.
If verified, we will issue a replacement or refund and provide a return label for the defective item.

For vape devices or cartridges, product malfunction claims must be made within 30 days of delivery and include proof of the issue (photo/video).


Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect:

  • Contact support@allpreshur.com within 3 business days of receipt.

  • Include photos of the items received, the packing slip, and a brief explanation.

Once verified, we will ship the correct item(s) and provide a prepaid return label if needed.


Packages Returned to Sender

If a shipment is marked “Return to Sender” by the carrier, please notify us immediately.
We will contact you once the package is returned to our facility and can either:

  • Reship to the correct address (additional shipping may apply), or

  • Issue a refund minus original shipping costs.


Refund Details

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and apply only to the product cost.
Original shipping charges and protection fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds typically post within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Flower and smokable hemp products

  • Opened or consumed products exceeding 50% use

  • Products purchased from third-party retailers or resellers

For items bought elsewhere, please contact that retailer directly for their return process.
