Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing All Preshur. We take pride in delivering our premium hemp and THCA products safely and efficiently. Please review the following shipping details before placing your order.


1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, special promotions, or severe weather, processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Once an order enters fulfillment, it cannot be modified or canceled.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We currently ship via USPS, UPS, and other reliable carriers based on your location and product type.
Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or regional restrictions.


3. Shipping Restrictions

We comply with all federal and state hemp regulations. Because laws vary, we cannot ship THCA or hemp-derived THC products to states, cities, or counties where such products are restricted.

If part of your order includes restricted items, they will be removed and refunded prior to shipment.

We do not currently offer international shipping and cannot ship to APO/FPO or U.S. territories.


4. Heat-Sensitive Product Policy (Ice Packs)

Certain edible or gummy products may soften or melt during warmer months. To protect product quality, All Preshur automatically includes ice packs with any order that contains heat-sensitive items.

  • Flat-rate add-on: $5.95 per order

  • Additional ice packs will be added if necessary, depending on the size of your order and weather conditions.

  • If you prefer not to receive ice packs, you may remove them at checkout — however, All Preshur is not responsible for melted or damaged items in shipments without ice packs.

Our packaging process is designed to minimize exposure to heat, but we cannot control carrier storage conditions once your order has shipped.


5. Age Verification & Signature Requirements

To comply with hemp regulations, some shipments may require adult signature upon delivery (21+).
Carriers may request a valid photo ID.
If the recipient fails to provide age verification, the package will be returned to sender. Reshipment fees will apply.


6. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your order:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors.

  2. Contact the carrier directly to open a missing-package investigation.

  3. If unresolved, contact support@allpreshur.com within 3 business days for assistance.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

All Preshur is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged once accepted by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged:

  • Email support@allpreshur.com within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the damaged products and outer packaging.

Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


8. Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is marked “Return to Sender” or “Undeliverable” due to:

  • Incorrect address,

  • Refusal to accept delivery, or

  • Failure to sign for age verification,

we will issue a refund minus shipping costs once the item returns to our facility.
If you request reshipment, additional shipping fees apply.


9. Weather & Seasonal Delays

All Preshur is not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, carrier issues, or natural disasters. We recommend placing orders early during holidays or heat waves to ensure timely delivery.
